Instructions to Presenters:

  1. Registration:
    1st Call - All accepted presenters must register for the congress and by July 11, 2025 (CLOSED).
    2nd Call - All accepted presenters must register for the congress and by July 31, 2025.
  2. Confirmation of Participation:
    Only upon confirmation of payment will a presenter’s participation and eligibility to present be officially confirmed. We encourage all presenters to complete the registration steps within the specified timelines to secure their presentation slots.
  3. Forfeiture of presentation slot:
    Failure to complete registration within the designated presenter registration period will result in the forfeiture of the presentation slot without further notice.
  4. Abstract presentation preparation:
    Guidance for preparing your abstract presentation, including the presentation type (oral or poster) and schedule, will be communicated in a separate email once the registration status of all presenters has been confirmed.
