Registration Conditions
METHOD OF PAYMENT & REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
- Registration Fee: USD 20
- Payment Method: Credit Card Only
- Registration will be considered valid only after full payment has been received by the APSR.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the required fee has been successfully received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of registration and refund of fees are not permitted under any circumstances.
- In the event of non-attendance for any reason, no refunds or waivers of fees will be granted.
ATTENDANCE NOTICE
- If you are unable to attend the workshop after completing your registration, we kindly ask that you inform the APSR at your earliest convenience.
- This will allow us to offer your place to another participant on the waiting list.
MODIFICATION OF THE PROGRAMME
- The APSR and Union APR reserve the right to modify the programme of the 2025 Big 5 Lung Diseases Workshop at any time. The published programme serves as a guideline and is subject to change.
- No fees will be refunded or waived, and no claims will be accepted in the event of programme changes.
PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT
By registering for the 2025 Big 5 Lung Diseases Workshop, participants give their consent to be photographed or recorded during the event.
These photos and videos may be used by the APSR and Union APR for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, online, and social media formats.
